Corie is a Shareholder at Peters, Revnew, Kappenman & Anderson, P.A. She regularly represents, counsels and defends employers in a full range of employment law issues and litigation. Corie has extensive knowledge of federal, state and local prevailing wage laws and ordinances as well as other wage and hour laws. She defended the first few prevailing wage cases in the State of Minnesota after individuals were given a private cause of action for failure to pay prevailing wages promptly. She has defended several overtime misclassification cases and regularly audits employers’ workplace practices with respect to wage and hour matters.
